These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the CertaBus software. (“we”, “our”, or “us”) software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• To transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or spam
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate CertaBus or another user
• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits use of the Service by others

2. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities under your account.

3. Subscription and Payment

Access to some parts of the Service may require a paid subscription. All fees are due in advance and are non-refundable, except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing and subscription terms at any time.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are the property of Kurt Jones and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works based on our Service without our written consent.

5. User Content

If you upload or submit content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display it for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kurt Jones and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that region.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
